We kickoff with a 5K run starting at the Canton Waterfront Park followed by yoga classes that will help you Get Your Pregame Posture On! Then, we Tailgate Yogi Style with a Jumbo Tron showing of Baltimore Ravens vs Redskins. BYOB and don't forget your running shoes and yoga mat.
